Bharat:         Okay I am not that fast as like you Mr. Krishnan.

Krishnan:         After marriage, wife takes-over full powers from Husband.

                        Husband becomes voiceless.

                        All my powers are squeezed.

                        I am powerless Puppet Husband.

                        House-wife is the whole-and-sole in-charge with 100% powers.

                        So, I’ll have to take approvals from my counter-part.

                        I’ll let you know about your Insurance Policy later.

                        Without any approvals from my wife, I can’t do anything.

                        I am helpless.

                        I’ve No Power whatsoever it may be.

               negligence.

“House Wife” is called “Domestic Engineer”.

By calling “Domestic Engineer”, all the house-wives feel happy and think that they are also Engineers.

Of course, even academically non-qualified women also feel happy if they are called “Domestic Engineers” instead of calling as “House Wife” Or “House Maker”.

You should know well that “Engineer” is a great word recognized allover the Globe.

So, “Domestic Engineer” word is Trending now all-over the Globe.

Now, Mr. Bharat, did you understand What the “Domestic Engineer” means?

SCAMS AND BLACK MONEY

The Indian economy is jeopardized somewhat little bit, due to good number of big scams, black money hoarding, and heavy bank defaults, black marketing, money laundering cases corruption where very big projects are involved. Its tax payer’s money being bumped into the hands of bank loan defaulters which was in thousands of crores of Indian Rupees. Really speaking, the rupee money value has been devaluated thereby the Indian financial position has been put into doldrums. Though the Government is taking good steps to bring back all the black money from foreign banks, due to various acts, rules, regulations, RBI rules, Banking rules, Home Department rules, FERA, and FEMA rules, getting the black money from foreign banks has become a big problem.  Its Tax Payers money and Poor Peoples’ money which ultimately lands in the hands of big sharks who take bank loans and become defaulters. A small case study reveals various aspects and enlightens regarding these SCAMS AND BLACK MONEY.

          Several problems do come in one’s life.  One has to confront and solve such problems one by one.  Each day, there will be a problem.  Without a problem, a day will not pass.  Problems do exist throughout the life.  Some problems will have to be solved by one self; some problems will be solved by family members and friends, so on and so forth.  There are childhood problems, youth problems, adult problems, middle-age problems, aged problems and old age problems. Life itself is entangled with un-ending issues and problems.  Some problems are solvable with solutions.  Some problems will get solved automatically in due course of time and sometimes time will solve the unsolvable issues & problems. There are number of problems most of the people confront.

            For example, most of the people confront educational problems, employment problems, love affair problems, marriage problems, business problems, political problems, civil & criminal cases problems, children’s’ problems etc.

            Life is such that one has to bear all these problems, if they commit blunders & mistakes. Since we have taken birth as a human being, how best one can lead a good life is a multi-million-dollar question.  Completing the life cycle by completing the family bonding with affection is equally important than earning the money in life.  Of course, earning money is necessary, but one has to choose the right path to earn money to lead the life.

            Earning money in right path is one aspect and earning illegally is another aspect.  But it is sure that people who earn illegal money through corruption method shall land in problems one day or the other. There are many instances.  The illegal properties, cash & gold acquired by Government officials and business people through illegal ways sere confiscated by the Anti-corruption Bureau, Central Bureau of Investigation, Enforcement Directorate Income Tax Department, Revenue Department, Various Banks, Central Excise Department, Ministry of Finance, Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Home Affairs and other departments like Sales Tax Department etc.  The people who are caught by these departments are booked under various sections.  Even in many cases, the properties, cash & gold are seized and confiscated pertaining to the brothers, sisters, close relatives, friends and distant relatives, in many cases. This is the big embarrassment to the main victim and culprits.

            Most of the big corruption money is involved in big scams running in millions.  Such black and corruption money is kept in various private foreign banks in different countries.  If such black money and corrupted money is used towards building facilities like public toilets, government function halls, government malls, government free cinema theatres, and other pro-poor related facilities, it will be hailed by one and all. Of course         , this black money and corruption money belong to general public and common people. It is peoples’ money.  People are paying money in various ways through taxes. People are not living at free of cost.  There is no free food to people. Each one has to earn and eat in their livelihood.  The opportunities for earning substantial money are limited, unless otherwise one is reasonably highly qualified or prosper in any business field. Nobody can acquire huge properties in overnight, unless one is entangled in corruption methods.  Such corrupted people would be brought to book one day or the other.  At such time these corrupted people shall have to confront the serious allegations, consequences and are bound to land in four wall jails.  Government and its various departments, as aforesaid, would always watch such corruption crimes with third eye.  Watch & watch is always there in third country.  There are many “watch dog” organizations, whose duty is always to have vigilance over fraudsters and on corruption matters.

            It is an open secret that many ministers, government officials both at Central level and at State level were involved and are involved in many big scams running into several thousands of million rupees/dollars/pounds Etc., which had pushed the country’s economy into back-seats.  These scans reflect the poor economy of the country and ultimately the common man has to bear all the costs that may come in the form of taxes, increase in cost of living etc.  These scams, for example, to mention a few are – Bofor’s scam, coal scam, 2G Telecom scam, Indian Stock Market Manipulation scam, Stamp Paper scam, CWG scam.

            It looks to be that the country’s political working system is stronger and powerful than the governance of various departments.  Sometimes, the government also drags on the various scams due to politicization of issues and involvement of top government supporting political parties and Midas touch top VVIPs leaders, who hail from inner circles of the government.

            Who is going to question the Government? Has anybody dares to question the Government? If anybody questions the Government on various scams, such people would sure to land in troubles and would invite problems on one day or the other.  However, the scan issues and other corruption related matters would be seen as hot topics only during the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and at State Assembly proceeding time.

            As everybody knew, various Government Agencies, Inquiry Commissions Etc., drag on the issues related to scams for number of years.  Even the ‘scan reports’ on any issued are submitted to Government, there will not be any further action and all such ‘Inquiry Reports” are sent to ‘cold storage’.

            In such circumstances, ‘who will question whom?’ Who will ‘bell the cat’ for actions on scamsters? This is an unending subject.  At the end of a movie cinema, there will be ‘The End’; but, here in ‘scams’ there is no ‘End’. One will have to wait & watch for a bigger scam, to forget older scam.

            Some special courts are handling these scam cases and will handle these scam cases further.

            But, however, huge public money and huge Government money is involved in each and e very scam.  Ultimately common man is the sufferer.  Who will blame whom? Who is answerable? How things will move? Is there any Government   strategy to stop future scams? How the Government handle the old scams? Is the Union Government and each respective State Governments are instituting any ‘special secret agencies’ or ‘secret investigation teams’ for bringing the ‘financial scamsters, fraudsters and culprits’ to Law Book? If so, how much time it will take to close the old scams? It is a matter to wait and see.

            For stealing, forgery, illegal earning, cheating of country’s cash treasure financial resources and transferring the black money to foreign bank accounts, without the permissions of Ministry of Finance, Central Bank, FERA, FEMA Etc., tantamount to financial fraud financial irregularities and serious financial crimes which needs attention for criminal, financial, civil and other investigations to book culprits and to bring back such black money to India.  In such cases, culprits’ properties could be seized to enable pay back the Government/Public/Investors/Institutions money.  In these cases, judicial involvement, Ministry of Home Affairs, Police Department and Civil Administration departments etc. have the duty in the ‘black money recovery processes through legal system, as per laid down procedure. Some leaders and political party big-wigs, when asked about the scams enquiry progress, they express some ‘crocodile tears feel face’ for the way the investigations are conducted at the Turquoise speed”

            If this is the case and situation, then one can think 21st century will go and 22nd century will definitely come, many senior and aged political, civil and administration bigwigs and diplomats may vanish by then, and all these scam cases will disappear and become as “unsolved mystery scams”, due to “unknown & reasons beyond self-explanatory” and or persons involved in the scan “not existing on earth”. Finally, The God only knew how these big scams would get conclude?

ఒకరి జీవితంలో అనేక సమస్యలు వస్తాయి. ఇలాంటి సమస్యలను ఒక్కొక్కటిగా ఎదుర్కొని పరిష్కరించుకోవాలి. ప్రతి రోజూ ఏదో ఒక సమస్య వస్తూనే ఉంటుంది. సమస్య లేకుండా, ఒక రోజు గడిచిపోదు. సమస్యలు జీవితాంతం ఉంటాయి. కొన్ని సమస్యలను స్వయంగా పరిష్కరించుకోవాలి; కొన్ని సమస్యలు కుటుంబ సభ్యులు మరియు స్నేహితుల ద్వారా పరిష్కరించబడతాయి, మొదలైనవి. బాల్య సమస్యలు, యువత సమస్యలు, పెద్దల సమస్యలు, మధ్యవయస్సు సమస్యలు, వృద్ధాప్య సమస్యలు ఉన్నాయి. జీవితమే అంతులేని సమస్యలు మరియు సమస్యలతో చిక్కుకుపోయింది. కొన్ని సమస్యలు పరిష్కారాలతోనే పరిష్కరించబడతాయి. కొన్ని సమస్యలు నిర్ణీత సమయంలో స్వయంచాలకంగా పరిష్కరించబడతాయి మరియు కొన్నిసార్లు పరిష్కరించలేని సమస్యలు & సమస్యలను సమయం పరిష్కరిస్తుంది. చాలా మంది ప్రజలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న అనేక సమస్యలు ఉన్నాయి.

ఉదాహరణకు, చాలా మంది ప్రజలు విద్యా సమస్యలు, ఉద్యోగ సమస్యలు, ప్రేమ వ్యవహారాల సమస్యలు, వివాహ సమస్యలు, వ్యాపార సమస్యలు, రాజకీయ సమస్యలు, సివిల్ & క్రిమినల్ కేసుల సమస్యలు, పిల్లల సమస్యలు మొదలైన వాటిని ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. తప్పులు & తప్పులు చేస్తే, ఈ సమస్యలన్నింటినీ భరించవలసి ఉంటుంది. మనం మనిషిగా జన్మించినప్పటి నుండి, ఒక మంచి జీవితాన్ని ఎలా గడపగలడనేది మిలియన్ డాలర్ల ప్రశ్న. జీవితంలో డబ్బు సంపాదించడం కంటే ఆప్యాయతతో కుటుంబ బంధాన్ని పూర్తి చేయడం ద్వారా జీవిత చక్రం పూర్తి చేయడం కూడా అంతే ముఖ్యం. వాస్తవానికి, డబ్బు సంపాదించడం అవసరం, కానీ జీవితాన్ని గడపడానికి డబ్బు సంపాదించడానికి సరైన మార్గాన్ని ఎంచుకోవాలి.

సరైన మార్గంలో డబ్బు సంపాదించడం ఒక కోణం అయితే అక్రమంగా సంపాదించడం మరో కోణం. కానీ అవినీతి పద్ధతిలో అక్రమంగా డబ్బు సంపాదించే వ్యక్తులు ఏదో ఒక రోజు సమస్యల్లో పడటం ఖాయం. చాలా సందర్భాలు ఉన్నాయి. అవినీతి నిరోధక బ్యూరో, సెంట్రల్ బ్యూరో ఆఫ్ ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్, ఎన్‌ఫోర్స్‌మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్ ఇన్‌కమ్ ట్యాక్స్ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్, రెవెన్యూ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్, వివిధ బ్యాంకులు, సెంట్రల్ ఎక్సైజ్ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్, ఆర్థిక మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ జప్తు చేసిన అక్రమ ఆస్తులు, ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులు మరియు వ్యాపారవేత్తలు అక్రమ మార్గాల ద్వారా సంపాదించిన అక్రమ ఆస్తులు, నగదు & బంగారం , రిజర్వ్ బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా, హోం వ్యవహారాల మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ మరియు సేల్స్ టాక్స్ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ మొదలైన ఇతర శాఖలు. ఈ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ల ద్వారా పట్టుబడిన వ్యక్తులు వివిధ సెక్షన్ల క్రింద బుక్ చేయబడతారు. అనేక సందర్భాల్లో కూడా, అనేక సందర్భాల్లో, సోదరులు, సోదరీమణులు, దగ్గరి బంధువులు, స్నేహితులు మరియు దూరపు బంధువులకు సంబంధించిన ఆస్తులు, నగదు & బంగారం స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడం మరియు జప్తు చేయడం జరుగుతుంది. ఇది ప్రధాన బాధితుడు మరియు నిందితులకు పెద్ద ఇబ్బంది.

పెద్ద అవినీతి సొమ్ము చాలా వరకు లక్షల్లో నడుస్తున్న పెద్ద కుంభకోణాల్లో చేరి ఉంది. ఇలా నల్ల, అవినీతి సొమ్మును వివిధ దేశాల్లోని వివిధ ప్రైవేట్ విదేశీ బ్యాంకుల్లో ఉంచారు. అలాంటి నల్లధనాన్ని, అవినీతి సొమ్మును పబ్లిక్ టాయిలెట్లు, ప్రభుత్వ ఫంక్షన్ హాళ్లు, ప్రభుత్వ మాల్స్, ప్రభుత్వ ఉచిత సినిమా థియేటర్లు, పేదలకు అనుకూలమైన ఇతర సౌకర్యాల నిర్మాణ సౌకర్యాల కోసం ఉపయోగిస్తే, దానిని అందరూ ప్రశంసిస్తారు. నిజమే, ఈ నల్లధనం మరియు అవినీతి సొమ్ము సాధారణ ప్రజలకు మరియు సామాన్య ప్రజలకు చెందినది. అది ప్రజల సొమ్ము. పన్నుల ద్వారా ప్రజలు రకరకాలుగా డబ్బులు చెల్లిస్తున్నారు. ప్రజలు ఉచితంగా జీవించడం లేదు. ప్రజలకు ఉచిత ఆహారం లేదు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తమ జీవనోపాధిలో సంపాదించి తినాలి. ఏదైనా వ్యాపార రంగంలో సహేతుకంగా అధిక అర్హత లేదా అభివృద్ధి చెందితే తప్ప, గణనీయమైన డబ్బు సంపాదించే అవకాశాలు పరిమితం. అవినీతి పద్దతుల్లో చిక్కుకుంటే తప్ప, ఒక్కరాత్రిలో ఎవరూ భారీ ఆస్తులు సంపాదించలేరు. అలాంటి అవినీతిపరులు ఏదో ఒక రోజులో శిక్షకు గురవుతారు. అటువంటి సమయంలో ఈ అవినీతిపరులు తీవ్రమైన ఆరోపణలు, పరిణామాలను ఎదుర్కోవలసి ఉంటుంది మరియు నాలుగు గోడల జైళ్లలో పడవలసి ఉంటుంది. ప్రభుత్వం మరియు దాని వివిధ శాఖలు, పైన చెప్పినట్లుగా, ఇటువంటి అవినీతి నేరాలను ఎల్లప్పుడూ మూడవ కన్నుతో చూస్తాయి. మూడవ దేశంలో ఎల్లప్పుడూ చూడండి & చూడండి. అనేక "వాచ్ డాగ్" సంస్థలు ఉన్నాయి, దీని విధి మోసగాళ్ళపై మరియు అవినీతి విషయాలపై ఎల్లప్పుడూ అప్రమత్తంగా ఉంటుంది.

దేశ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థను వెనక్కు నెట్టిన అనేక వేల మిలియన్ రూపాయలు/డాలర్లు/పౌండ్లు మొదలైన అనేక పెద్ద కుంభకోణాల్లో కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో పలువురు మంత్రులు, ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులు ప్రమేయం ఉన్నారనేది బహిరంగ రహస్యం. -సీట్లు. ఈ స్కాన్‌లు దేశ పేద ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థను ప్రతిబింబిస్తాయి మరియు అంతిమంగా సామాన్యులు పన్నుల రూపంలో వచ్చే ఖర్చులు, జీవన వ్యయం పెరుగుదల మొదలైనవాటిని భరించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఈ స్కామ్‌లు, ఉదాహరణకు, కొన్నింటిని చెప్పాలంటే – బోఫోర్ స్కామ్ , బొగ్గు కుంభకోణం, 2G టెలికాం స్కామ్, ఇండియన్ స్టాక్ మార్కెట్ మానిప్యులేషన్ స్కామ్, స్టాంప్ పేపర్ స్కామ్, CWG స్కామ్. వివిధ శాఖల పాలన కంటే దేశ రాజకీయ పని వ్యవస్థ బలంగా, శక్తివంతంగా ఉన్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోంది. కొన్నిసార్లు, సమస్యలను రాజకీయీకరించడం మరియు రాజకీయ పార్టీలకు మద్దతు ఇచ్చే అగ్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రమేయం కారణంగా ప్రభుత్వం వివిధ స్కామ్‌లను లాగుతుంది మరియు ప్రభుత్వ అంతర్గత వర్గాల నుండి వచ్చిన అగ్ర VVIP నాయకులను మిడాస్ టచ్ చేస్తుంది.

A small change of attitude

We need to understand that life is also like a game. As you know very well all games like Cricket, Lawn Tennis, Football and Shuttle Badminton etc., have their own rules and regulations. Let us take the popular game cricket, which is played in India. In this game there are rules and regulations such as number of players, a leader or the captain to lead, the rest of the members team squad, the specialist bowlers, the spin bowlers, fast bowlers and all the players are supposed to know the rules and regulations (laws) of the game.

To qualify to play such games and before they are selected in the National squad, they have to play local tournaments. There, the selection committee will be watching their performance in all aspects like their fielding ability, leadership qualities, their temperament, their behavior on and off the field and various other aspects of their personality.

What does it mean? It means that your future is decided by those who are experts in such game like cricket. And captain of the team should have all the leadership qualities. He should be able to handle the various skills of the players. He has to have full plan of the game before the match starts. He has to motivate his team members and he should also have positive temperament and he should be an example to the rest of the team members, and he should also be in a position to accept the defeat in a graceful manner and be able to take remedial measures. Imagine for instance, there are no rules and regulations, there are no judges, empires, referees whose word is final.

Can anyone see the game of cricket or any other game without rules and regulations, without selection committee, without judges, referees and empires. There will be chaos. Everybody will be playing according to their own rules and regulations and their own style and there will not be any spectators to watch the game. There will be chaos.

The simple truth is that we are living in a society. Society means lot of people around you who have come from different walks of life, with different skills and attitudes. If you have to be selected in a national team, you will be examined in various aspects other than your sporting skills. Mainly the way you behave with the management, your interactions with the co-players, the spectators, the Press, with everybody around you and who are controlling the destiny and you cannot say, cannot complain that you do not have any freedom. If you are given freedom, there will be chaos.

Even the game is also having certain limitations which you are supposed to follow like in a game of cricket the field is decided may be 80 or 75 yards and beyond that you are not supposed to play the game. It is very important, it is also fundamental law that since you are living with the people you should also respect their skills, their views, their experience, their opinions, take their suggestions and advice in a very sportive manner.

Unfortunately, if we look at the present-day scenario in the game of life, in our life people almost all the human beings have deep urge to get importance, recognition, name fame, status, appreciation and lot of other expectations on their own terms. But who has to give the recognition, appreciation, awards and titles? It is not you; it is not we; it is the people who decide. It has to be given by the people. But we cannot demand from the people that we need recognition, importance, status etc.

These basic laws, most of the people have forgotten today. That is the reason in today’s society there are lot and lot of problems, mainly inter relationship is very problem. There it seems your psychological needs like whatever we have named just now the name and fame, recognition etc. are not fulfilled. Hence most of us, we get frustrated, we are angry. A number of suicidal cases are increasing. There are cases of depression. There are cases of divorces for a small thing or a small issue is mainly because we only think from our side. We do not follow the rules and regulations that lay down by the society. We think that we are a special and we have all freedom to behave as we like. What is the end result? The end result is that you will be frustrated because people will not give any recognition because you demand. Your relationship with others also will be having a very big problem and you end up in getting frustrated. That addiction and lot of other negative things will be controlling your life. Hence, we need to take some time to analyze. Why the things are going in astray in our life?

I see lot of people have immense talents and positive qualities but unfortunately, they do not understand the basic laws of game of life. They are always one sided. They only see from their point of view. They do not regard that the coin has two sides. To gain something you have to lose something.  To lose something whole heartedly without feeling anything is a positive quality. Then only the nature will reward whatever you need. If you are giving love to others, in return you will also get love. If you respect the laws, general rules and regulations of the society you will also be respected and this is very fundamental truth.

On daily basis we need to have introspection of what happened. This introspection we have to do before going to bed every day by reviewing the entire day’s activities how we behaved during the daytime with office people, with family members, friends and with colleagues. Because of us how many people were happy and how many people were unhappy. We have to analyze ourselves without bias on daily basis. This will help us to overcome any shortcomings we have which is common factor with everybody and improve our relationships.  A small change of attitude in our life will bring about great happiness, unlimited happiness, joy and peace.

Only thing is, we should respect others when we need others to respect us. It is two-way process, not one way process, not one-sided process. There has to be exchange of energies in equal shares. It is very simple. Take life as very easy, very casual. Don’t think of anything serious and don’t try to be emotional because whenever you are emotional your rational thinking will disappear and always have a practical attitude and there are lot of small techniques and tips which we can easily master in order to control situations and also the people in very harmonious way. Life is not complicated at all. We only make it complicated. By following simple truths, simple things, we can bring about lot of happiness around us and enjoy our lives to fullest extent possible. If you want to be successful, all you need is to be open-minded. And don’t try to react instantly. Take some time and respond.

Logline and Synopsis:

Logline:

It's a Family, Fraud and Crime in the Bank. Illicit Relationship. And finally, the job holder lands in jail and the Court Proceedings take place, and the Judge gives verdict in favor of the candidate who was in the crime line.

Synopsis; A crime, fraud and a forgery by a bank employee. He makes money in a fraudulent manner. Enjoys well. His family gets ruined. He has a second set up. He lands in the problem. Bank Auditors notice this fraud and shortfall of money. Files a Police case. Case in the Court of Law. Finally, the Court acquits the employee of not guilty. By that time, the employee family is not seen anywhere. Family gets ruined. Husband cheats wife and children.

The Husband also cheats his employer Bank. A good Bank job holder turns Bank Thief. Husband’s all bad habits. Husband involved in gambling, racing, deceiving, drinking, playing cards and what not, made him to deceive his own bread-giver employer. Loses bank job. Suffers jail term. Husband maintains an illicit relationship with another woman. Wife and children suffer because of Husband’s very bad habits. Ultimately, entire family ruins and lose the family image and reputation. Finally, Husband lands in jail and suffers. Family ruins. There is no Surname address. Social circle boycotts the family The Entire family suffers, but for Husband bad deeds 

A crime, fraud and a forgery by a bank employee. He makes money in a fraudulent manner. Enjoys well. His family gets ruined. He has a second set up. He lands in problem. Bank Auditors notice this fraud and short-fall of money. Files a Police case. Case in the Court of Law. Finally, the Court acquits the employee of not guilty. By that time, the employee family is not seen anywhere. Family gets ruined.

One of the Bank Staff, was in a position in the cash counter. Very thin and skeleton staff. Bank Manager used to repose confidence on this all-important senior staff. He was also in a position to handle Fixed Deposits from the customers and used to give FDRs. He took advantage with the collusion of a Store Keeper in getting blank Fixed Deposit receipts. He used to obtain Bank Managers signature and used to college Fixed deposits. He never maintained any official ledgers. He used to manage and maintain only his personal accounting system. He used to remit the interest in time in the customers’ account. He made good amount and used to play gambling, horse races etc. He used to have illicit relationship with one woman.

He got his wife and two children (son and daughter). He used to neglect his family. Used to spend lot of money on the second un-official set-up.  This Bank fraud man earlier was having all the debts. But now he used to live luxury life. This came suspicion in other staff.

Bank Manager is supposed to show good Fixed Deposits to the bank each year. Bank Head Office Auditors could find this lapse and the Bank never showed any FDRs collected. But the Bank Manager declared that his branch made good cash deposits in the form of FDRs. The doubt came in the Head Office Auditing Department.

The Store Keeper hanged himself, due to fear of this lapse, because he colluded with this Fraud Bank staff for meagre amounts and entertainments given by the Fraud Bank Staff.

Family members of this Fraud man was advised several times. But he never heeds any advice from his relations and friends. There was a good lapse on the part of Bank Manager and believed this Fraud staff right from the beginning. But ultimately, the Bank Manager was responsible to the Bank Headquarters.

The Fraud man was caught while the customers demanded their original Deposit Money. But by that time this Fraud man was very irregular to his bank. Complaints came in from the bank customers regarding their deposited amounts. But there were no entries in the official bank records. Bank Manager was surrounded by the bank customers and were demanding their deposits bank.

A police case was filed. Police arrested and this Fraud man. In the meantime, departmental inquiry conducted. This Fraud man was held guilty and also the Bank Manager too. Both were suspended from the Bank.

The case has been filed in the Court of Law.  The case of adjourned many times. The Bank and the Police could not file strong witnesses and documentary evidences. The was went weak.  In the last, the Judge gave a verdict that the Fraud man was not found guilty. Only the Manager was responsible.  But, by the time the verdict came in favour of this Fraud man, he was happy. Reinstated back. He claimed all his pending dues and opted for Voluntary Retirement. He got all his payments from the bank. He was relived from the Jail. By the time he came out from the jail, his family members were not seen anywhere. There was no trace of his family and children. He continued to stay with his second set-up with all his booty and income proceeds.

Later the Bank Manager died. The Bank Management from then decided as a policy matter, not to retain any staff in the same branch more than 2 years.

This Fraud man spoiled his surname through his wilful crime and fraud and bad habits.

Ultimately, all the Bank Deposited Customers were paid their Deposits to keep the image of the Bank. The Fraud man had deceived his own mother Bank. This Fraud man cheated his Bank officials. He enjoyed with the Bank Money at the cost of his bank staff and public money.  The God has given the punishment that his wife and two children were suffered for the act of this Fraud man.

In the later part of years, this Fraud man died. 

There were many questions unanswered by the Bank Management. The fault lies in the Bank Management. The advantage was taken by the Bank Staff due to the loop-holes of the Bank functioning and poor management.

This happens sometimes after the demise of a loved one and is accompanied by grief and general disinterest in the person's social activity.

Example: Wife and Husband jolly-well lead family life with two or three kids.

Suddenly, husband dies due to some reason.

Wife feels.

She becomes nervous.

She cannot show interest to come out in the society.

She is confined to her house looking after her kids.

She becomes degraded. She feels some sort of inconvenience to move in the society as like before.

She feels some tension, uneasy

She becomes lonely.

This type of feeling leads her to Social Impotence. 

Such type of impotence is quite common in men and women.

But one should be Stubborn in their life to move further with a string ambition to lead the life and see that children are shaped and groomed well in their growth.

In another case Husband dies of heart attack suddenly.

The wife till such time always at house while nurturing children, never moves out of house, as like her husband.

Now, the problems come up.

The wife to have boldness and move in the outside world to bring the children up.

It is the question of leading the life.

She cannot become a social impotence.

It means, she should not be unfit to move outside world as like other Of course, the set backs are there for anybody.

Such set backs are to overcome and lead a better life than before.

In this case she has to inculcate the habit of earning, it reasonably qualified.

As everybody knew well that time will not stop for everybody.

Day’s roll, Month’s pass, year’s role, people change.

DECEIVER’S LIFE

          Everywhere some problem or the other exists. There are people who deceive colleagues and employees, we come across below type of activities in each and every office, factory, and government offices.  Because of such incidents, many people/employees suffer financially being deceived by deceivers. However, people are intelligent to recover their investments, losses and doubtful credits and deposits.

          People, sometimes do realize about their past misdeeds & wrongs and mistakes.  But, the time cannot roll back. Time will not stop. Day-by-day people get older and older. One should know the objective of life, goal, responsibility and more than all a concrete plan of action to settle down in his/her life. Such disciplined people would be able to guide the youth and the younger generation people, to the righter perspective angle. Of course, some people commit mistakes and mistakes do happen and people commit such mistakes could be rectified. People move in the public life and people live in the society for all purposes viz, education, career, business sake. Different types of people come across to each and everybody with various ideologies and with varied frame-of-mind set.

           These days are such that many people get influenced on various good and bad issues and during the process of business transactions some people land in problems due to mishandling the topics. The reasons could be many. Who will monitor such people? Who will give proper advice to such people? Who will come to rescue and who will guide such people? One cannot answer these questions.

          In this aspect, one will be able to understand how a person got entangled in problems, could be known if one goes through the below matter.

          On one day or the other, any deceiver is sure to land in trouble. Inviting trouble is sure for a deceiver.  There are people who initially invest his/her share in the business. No matter. But, at some day, without the knowledge of the investor, somewhere some pilferage of money will take place during the running of the business due to luxurious leading life for the sake of show put up or due to unforeseen expenditure. The business in this world is of very different types such as, Small business, petty business to big business.  Small scale industry to medium scale industry, Trading business, share market business, finance business, automobile business, cosmetic consumer items business, garment business, construction business, gold and silver business, electronic business, contracts business so on and so forth. The investment of a person depends on the size of the business. In India, many people do business of their interest in various regions and at various places.  Even employees of State, Central and Public Sector Organizations do side business, while working.  Let us now know about some incidents that landed people in trouble and take a look how a “deceiver’s life” would be. For example, some case studies are projected below:

          One employee of a factory, who was working as a Tradesman, started chits business and money lending business and used to conduct various denomination chits each month. He also used to lend money to his co-employee for interest. His name was Mr. Rao. Of course, he might have invested his own amount to commence this business.  In a span of over 10 years, he conducted many chits and earned money.  He even purchased a ‘small scale industry’ and was doing sub-contracting jobs. He used to maintain utmost confidentiality and was doing money matter with his colleagues and employees. He used not to tell anybody regarding money matters. Mr. Rao used to request people to re-invest the principal chit amounts from the chit holders for which Mr. Rao used to pay interest. Mr. Rao also used to take his colleagues PF and other loans for running the business un-interrupted.  However, Mr. Rao used to pay interest regularly to such employees.

          Some years passed on like this. Mr. Rao has gained the confidence of all the colleagues. Mr. Rao was able to manage any short fall of money by arranging money drawn from his PF loans, consumer loans, credit loans, bank loans etc to save his face value.

          Mr. Rao was a short man, around 5’-2” height and little bit fat. He used to wear total white dress always. He also used to wear ‘white shoes and complete black cooling glasses.

          Many employees kept their PF and other amounts, thinking that high rate of interest used to get monthly in return for their principal amounts. Of course, he used to make chit amounts, interest amounts to all his customers.

          On one fine day, when he knew that he could not raise any money for making payments to customers, including chit amounts, Mr Rao felt nervous and was not able to make any payments timely to his chit holders and others. Mr Rao even was frequently absconding to office and was irregular in attendance. He used to come to office, work for one or two hours and used to push off from office.

          Of course, no mobile phone was allowed into the factory premises.  He even discarded his home landline phone.

          He was very much helpless in making any payment to anybody. Mr Rao used to get zero salary, as he has many salary deductions, in view of his taking all types of loans.  He was on ‘loss of pay’.

          On one fine day, in office he took some sleeping pills (limited quantum only), looks to be acting and show put up drama, with a ‘note written’ that he would like to die. Noticing health the condition, Mr Rao’s colleagues taken him to hospital. He was treated for 3-4 days and was discharged from hospital.        

          Now, the problem started. All the chit holders, deposit holders and others who have to receive money from him, were restless.  All these people had a meeting one day and how to get the amounts back.  Then, these chit holders and deposit holders had come to conclusion. The small scale industry which he purchased was to be sold. The proceeds derived of the sale of Mr Rao’s industry, is to be distributed as per priority basis.  These people also have come to conclusion that Mr. Rao be allowed to work for some more years regularly.  His monthly salary etc., is distributed equally to all. Mr Rao to be applied for ‘Voluntary Retirement” under VRS scheme and the proceeds be distributed amongst all the recipients of money.

          No complaint was lodged against Mr Rao with the ‘Police or with the Management’. However, Mr Rao’s family and children got disturbed due to Mr Rao’s financial mis-management. Mr Rao became de-popular, lost his face value, no employee used to respect him; some people banged him and abused him.  Much has costed Mr Rao.  Totally, his family was on roads for few years.  He and his family never recovered financially so far.

          A couple of similar cases also took place in the same factory. Then, all the employees realized neither to organize any chits in the factory premises nor to keep deposits with any employee for the sake of higher interest.  All the employees, learned a lesson from this and stopped chit business activities.

          Factory managements should not allow such chit fund activities to run within the factory/office premises in the best interest of their employees. Some stringent actions to be taken against those conducting chit fund business, money lending business during the office/factory hours.

          Every respect the Government organizations should issue orders that no person should conduct any chit business, money lending business or any business nor chit fund schemes or any cloth business etc., within the office/factory premises.

          This will facilitate employees to work effectively and peacefully.
